2. Ordinance 2009-13 Zone Change: LaVerkin City is proposing a zone change of a .71 acre parcel of property located at 195 W. 500 N. from Retail Commercial to General Commercial. Property is designated by Washington County Tax ID# LV-134-B

Any person or group wishing to submit comments regarding these items may do so in writing prior to December 2, 2009. Public comment may be given at this meeting.  Written comments should be directed to June Jeffery, City Recorder, LaVerkin City, 435 North Main, LaVerkin, UT 84745.

Copies of the Ordinances, map and the updated Plan are available at the City Office.
