June 9, 2010 PC Public Hearing
PUBLIC NOTICE
LaVerkin City shall hold a public hearing June 9, 2010 at 6:00 pm during a regular meeting of the Planning Commission at the City Council Chambers, 111 South Main, LaVerkin. The public hearing will be to discuss the following:

Ash Creek SSD is requesting preliminary plat approval of phase 3 of Riverwood Estates Subdivision a 6-lot subdivision fronting 900 N. and 370 W. between 344 W. and 875 N. in LaVerkin. Property is zoned R-1-14.
Any person or group wishing to submit comments regarding these items may do so in writing prior to June 2, 2010. Public comment may be given at this meeting. Written comments should be directed to June Jeffery, City Recorder, LaVerkin City, 435 North Main, LaVerkin, UT 84745.
Copies of the proposed subdivision map are available at the City Office.
In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations
(including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify June Jeffery, City Recorder, (435) 635-2581,
at least 48 hours in advance.
