NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
LaVerkin City shall hold a public hearing Wednesday, January 12, 2011 at 6:00 p.m. during a regular meeting of the Planning Commission at the city offices chambers, 111 South Main, LaVerkin. The public hearing will be to discuss the following:

A. Questar is requesting a zone change for a regulator located at approximately 1200 N State Street (just north of the 4-plex at 1045 N State St)

B. Amendment to Public Facilities Zone
The Preliminary Plat is available for review at the LaVerkin City Office at 435 N. Main.
Any person or group wishing to submit comments regarding this item may do so in writing prior to January 6, 2011. Public comment may be given at the meeting. Written comments should be directed to Kyle Gubler, City Recorder, LaVerkin City, 435 North Main, LaVerkin, UT 84745.
