Spring Mini Basketball Camp

Mini-Basketball Camp is for PreK - 2nd grade. Last day for registration is November 15, 2011. NO late registrations.

Spring Basketball

Spring Basketball is for 3rd - 6th graders. Registration is until Nov. 15, 2011 afterwhich there is a $5 late fee until Nov 21, 2011.

After printing and filliing out the particular sport form you need to also fill out the Parent Code of Conduct

and return them to the City Offices at 435 N. Main for further instructions.
